Prince and Gisbey architects are a young architectural practice based in Kent, formed by Ben Prince & Matthew Gisbey in 2019.  We wanted to build a practice that allowed us to develop close working relationships with our clients.

The practice delivers a broad range of project types, with over 20 years combined experience in practicing architecture, including residential, commercial, educational and historic buildings. We currently specialise in small to medium sized domestic projects, be it a new build dwelling, small scale developer housing, updates to a listed building, a rear extension or reconfiguration of an existing space!

Clients can expect a tailored response to their project. With our firm belief that no two projects are the same, we give you the same level of care and attention whether you’re spending £50,000 or £500,000. We will guide you through the project at every step, ensuring you are getting the very best design and advice. We know that navigating through the complexities of a project can be daunting, from design, to dealing with planning and the actual build and we’re here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Our design style is adaptive to the setting and client brief, and we are keen to explore new technology and ideas, especially when these are brought to the table by our clients. We use the most up to date design technology, and even offer the option of a virtual 3D walk through of your future home or project. We pride ourselves on finding a solution for everyone. We have had great success in winning planning permission for difficult projects and finding designs that suit the trickiest of sites, (some of which can be seen on our ‘projects’ page).
